At Ozmoz AI, we want you to be satisfied with our application. This policy outlines when you can request a refund for your subscription, processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe.
2. Right of Withdrawal (For Consumers in the European Union/EEA)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have a legal right to withdraw from your initial purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason. If you exercise this right, we will issue a full refund. This right applies only to your initial subscription purchase and not to subsequent renewals.
3. Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (For All Other Customers)
For customers outside the European Union/EEA, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your initial subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied with the App for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We encourage you to use this period to ensure the App meets your needs.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Except for the legal right of withdrawal for EU/EEA consumers and our 14-day money-back guarantee, all purchases are final. Please note the following:
- Subscription Renewals: To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Payments for subscription renewals are not eligible for a refund.
- After 14 Days: Refund requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase date will not be granted.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email our support team at support@ozmoz.me within the 14-day window. Please include your order number or the email address used for the purchase so we can locate your transaction.
6. Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed by our payment provider, Stripe. The funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
